Daily Diets

In Experiencing God, complete chapter 2 day 5.

In Total Health, complete pages 84 through 89.  Following the general model of the chart on page 89, create your own chart to track your diet for 1 week.  You may include as much detail as you choose.  Be honest - I will not be reading them for personal details - and this is for your benefit.  The chart should be completed by October 11 and include a minimum of 6 full days.
